When furniture is defective What rights does the buyer have?
I recently purchased a dresser. It is covered with oak vaneer. I was attracted to the design, because of these natural features. A section vaneer door has the marks on the wood that will not run with the grain and you can not find anywhere else. After having visited other furniture stores to see the same range as marks are not similar. The store I bought wine to look at the problem but does not seem interested and now they tell me I should accept the furniture as it is.
